Get Training

Children's Ministry Institute® (CMI®) specializes in practical training in children’s ministries not found in Bible colleges or Christian universities. If you have a heart for reaching children for Christ and discipling them, if you desire to train others in this ministry, or if you are seeking career opportunities in this field, CMI® is just what you are looking for. The 12-week diploma program can be taken on site (12 weeks) or online.

Get Started as a Volunteer

In today’s society child abuse and child accusations are occurring daily.  It is important that Child Evangelism Fellowship take steps to protect the children to whom we minister and protect our workers from false accusations.

In accordance with the Child Protection Policy of Child Evangelism Fellowship, all volunteers and paid workers are required to undergo a national criminal background check and complete a volunteer application process.

NEW VOLUNTEER*
RETURNING VOLUNTEERS (Active within the last year but do not need 5-Year rescreen)
RETURNING VOLUNTEERS (5-YEAR RESCREEN*)
RETURNING VOLUNTEERS (INACTIVE FOR A YEAR*)
*Please note: All volunteers age 18 and over are required to complete the process.  Your fee will be paid by CEF.  Gather all pertinent information before beginning:  your salvation testimony, reference contact information (name, phone, email).  Include your pastor, previous employer, and two personal references.  You will also need your previous addresses (last five years), driver's license, SS number, and email address (If you don't have one, type in "[email protected]").  It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You must complete the application within 40 minutes.
